This page explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how long we keep it — in plain language wherever possible.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Prestige Cars Tomasz Kucharski, ul. 1 Maja 191, 25-646 Kielce, Poland, VAT ID 9592078502 — the company behind the Perfect Wash Detailing studio at Szybowcowa 6 in Kielce.

Contact form
You give us your name plus a phone number or e-mail and your message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep messages for one year after the last contact; if the enquiry turns into a job, for as long as tax law requires.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare — hosting, bot protection and cookieless traffic statistics.
Resend — delivery of form messages to our mailbox.
Google Ireland — measurement of Google Ads performance, only after you consent in the banner.
If you consent and submit the form, a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your e-mail, phone number and first name is sent to Google along with the enquiry. The hash is produced in your browser — Google never receives this data in plain text, and it serves only to establish which ad led to the contact. Without consent we do not send it at all.
We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed here.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You can withdraw consent for advertising cookies at any time using the button at the bottom of this page — this does not affect processing that already happened.
If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
